What are some vegetarian flavors of Ramen noodles?
Nissin Foods, responsible for “Top Ramen”, have this to say:
Do you have any vegetarian products?
“Our Top Ramen Oriental and Chili flavors contain no animal products.”
For more info, check them out here. Additionally, Maruchan, another popular brand of ramen noodles, does not offer any vegetarian varieties. All flavors obviously contain meat, except “Instant Lunch Cheddar Cheese”, and that contains chicken.
Health food stores carry “Soken” brand, which offers vegetarian ramen flavors, and there is also Dr. McDougall’s, sold online and in stores.
